About the project

Paying the real Living Wage should be the first step in any CSR programme. The second should be buying from suppliers who do the same.

Thanks to Welsh Government, as part of our commitment to lifting human beings out of in-work poverty we signed up to be Real Living Wage Tech Champions. With so many ethical companies as members on TISCreport, it seemed like madness to not ask them to get involved. Paying the Real Living Wage can be a case of simply proving what you’re already doing. But it can also mean a journey of several stages of “Living Wage Readiness”. Our strategy is simple:

1) Celebrate and promote Real Living Wage Suppliers to Ethical Buyers on TISCreport
2) Enable Ethical Buyers to benchmark and increase the number of Real Living Wage Suppliers in their supply chains
3) Derive meaningful data for visualisations on the impact of increasing the number of Real Living Wage Suppliers to report back to shareholders and stakeholders.

And we can do all this with YOUR help. Whether you’ve got a few seconds to tweet or weeks/months you can devote to this campaign, we can make use of any and all support you are able to provide. The steering group is open..
