Welcome to our Compliance Bot Techfunder on the TISCreport Supply Chain Transparency platform. With the advent of a growing number of non-financial regulations, it has become harder for companies to have visibility on their compliance obligations.

It’s clear to us after measuring non-financial compliance that a vast proportion of companies still cannot determine if they have a duty to report. 40% don’t feel confident that they would pass an audit. 51% of companies in scope for Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act in year 1 did not comply. 66% of companies in scope for Payment Practices and Reporting Regulations have STILL not reported. Even Gender Pay Gap Reporting Regulations, arguably the most successful regulation in recent years, has nearly 10% of companies who have not met their duty to report.
